Not sure about saying never Pops. But I do strongly believe Dotson will do well. Great hands and sweet route running. Only worry is Howell.

Dell is a never for ME.
He would have to become Tyreek Hill in year one. I won’t draft him in my other D-League before round 4 or my 3-MAX keeper league at all

He was on my do not draft list in SlseperU because he is a DWARF, with comparatively poor metrics, although his 10 yard and shuttle times were decent,
