Smitty rankings clarification

Can someone help explain to me the rankings on this site? The top 200 says it is for dynasty and there are rookie draft picks included. Then the redraft rankings are only organized by position and not overall draft spot. For example On the redraft list pollard is rb9. On the top 200 list he is the 6th highest rb. I just want to make sure I am understanding how to read the rankings before my drafts. Thanks!
