      Who are 3 Sleepers for Week 16, considering their ranking across the industry this week? In order to qualify, let’s say that these players need to rank outside the top 75 overall for flex-qualified plays. And, who is 1 Avoid for Week 16 (let’s call this player someone inside the top 20 overall for flex-qualified players)?

      Jerick McKinnon (Ranks 87 overall)
      Isiah Pacheco is returning for week 16, which will certainly have people concerned about CEH and McKinnon walking into this week… And, rightly so. However, CEH is the player most likely to be impacted by the return of Pacheco, as McKinnon plays more of a wide back role… Or, maybe it can better be described as an inverse version of the wide back. This means that McKinnon, who traditionally gets used differently at the end of the year versus the beginning of the year (something the Chiefs did with Dam Williams for years), should have tons of PPR opportunities even with Pacheco back.       What do you think about Olave? He’s been really volatile, QB dependent and coming back from an injury. He should be considered a SLEEPER or an AVOID for tomorrow?
