      I think he has so much upside. I like Howell a lot, too.

      He would have to score 12+ TD’s and Riverboat is going to run, run and run. I would put it at 10% within top 12 but def a mid dart that could pay off massively. I think he is in the same camp as Ridley, Burks, Toney (if they don’t get Hopkins).

      You and I are on the same small bandwagon for Howell. I saw him play a few times in college and I like his upside. His running ability adds some juice.
