So I have been talking with Smitty about my team and I have been trying to get Garret Wilson and so far the owner is not budging. I offered him DK and 2025 1st and a 2026 2nd rd pick for him. Declined. Thoughts?
2ppr league with bonus for 100 yards rush and rec and bonus for 300 yards pass. We start 1qb 2rb 3wr 1te 1k 1d. We must roster 2 kickers and 2 def.

It seems youre dealing with a savvy owner. Your offer was a solid one. But Wilson’s arrow is strongly pointing up. And its hard not to like him. It may be helpful to look at his team. Unless you’re willing to give up two 1st rounders or an additional WR like Doubs or St. Brown, its unlikely a deal gets done

Yeah, 2 firsts might be required and if you dont want to give up that, you may not be able to get Wilson in this one. I think you said Olave’s owner won’t talk trade, he’d be next. Watson is nice, too, and might be near the same price as DK, but I’d much rather have Watson than DK. Much rather!

Agree with @Wutthecrapman & @Smitty, as a Olave and Wilson owner in multiple leagues it would take a notable overpay to even consider moving one of those guys. In my leagues Metcalf finished 24thish ppg, Olave 20ish and Wilson, with no QB, 30ish, both these guys QB situations have gotten better and Metcalf has gotten more competition for targets, in order for that deal to work I would have to hit the 1st round lottery again….

In my leagues Metcalf finished 24thish ppg, Olave 20ish and Wilson, with no QB, 30ish, both these guys QB situations have gotten better and Metcalf has gotten more competition for targets, in order for that deal to work I would have to hit the 1st round lottery again….
Olave is going to the moon. Watson, too. Throw London in there. And, Garrett Wilson is already on the moon. LFG
