(Dynasty League Football) Texans quarterback coach Jerrod Johnson said C.J Stroud is “already way, way ahead of pace” Analysis: The quote was specifically related to Stroud’s footwork and timing though the rookie was also lauded for his football IQ and his desire to improve. The 2023 rookie quarterback was as interesting as any previous year with three top names all offering a different strengths, traits and profile. Stroud is prototypically sized, elite in ball placement and accuracy, and is certain to be under center come week one of the regular season. Found as DLF’s QB15, he’ll be a rookie to watch when training camps officially open.
