Things have been quiet on Mixon recently, do you think that may be a ploy to wait to cut him until after June 1st and spread his $ over 2 years?
Is Chase Brown next man up once Mixon is finally done wearing orange and black?

If I’m not mistaken by looking at his contract his dead cap hit would cut in half after the season. I think they run him into the ground this year and possibly waive him next year. Hell dudes only 26 with only two seasons over 250 carries. At 9ish million a year for the next two years at his age might be decent value to ride his deal out.
