NFL BURNOUT?

Anyone have a league with team owners that are burned out on the NFL? I am perplexed.
I am the commissioner of 2 leagues that have 2 team owners that are leaving each of them. Even though they have been serious owners, they are just burned out on the NFL.
One league is a 10-Team Max-3 keeper league that has been in existence since 2005. The other is a 10-Team Dynasty league since 2010 that was previously a Keep-2 league started in 2006.
Each of them have won at least 4 times in the Max-3 keeper.
Only one of them has won in the D-League, although the other owner has had at least 1 Super Bowl appearance. Actually I have dominated the D-League with 5 championships and 10 Super Bowl appearance.
