Who are some players who are under the radar for you at each position? I listen a lot on Spotify so there may be a lot of similar with Smitty.

Here is my list and a sentence or 2 why.

QB Sleeper- Bo Nix- With Sean Payton, he’s finally getting the pieces he needs to be successful with the offense in Denver. Engram is a big add to be a nice safety net with Nix and RJ Harvey is going to break some nice screens to pad Bo’s statline. I can see him as a top 5 QB over Lamar and Hurts.

Deeper Sleeper- Milroe is under appreciated in Seattle especially at his cost. I’ve been in 2 rookie drafts with 1 QB and he went undrafted in each. I think his upside with being mobile and with JSN in that offense can be a nice stash and add late.

RB Sleeper- Charbonett and Benson. With Charbs, once he gets the start (if Walker is injured) he dominates. He’s a top 10 rb skill wise, but he’s falling fairly low in drafts. He’s a nice insurance policy if you miss out on rbs. Benson is kind of the same way. He can take the reigns for a good Arizona offense and make an impact similar to Chase Brown last year.

Deeper dives- JCM seems like one of the best dart throws per Smitty. Anyone who can take the job in Washington and not look back, sign me up. Same with Ray Davis in Buffalo. Brashard Smith reminds me of how they used McKinnon in KC. Could be an upgraded version. Tuten is worth a dart throw if Cohen uses him like he used Bucky.

WR Sleeper- MHJ for the cost is solid. He can be a legit WR1. Same with Garrett Wilson and Drake London. I’m probably biased since I own all in dynasty. If Luther Burden is the Deebo or ARSB role, he is being overlooked. In garbage time, I think Pearsall puts up solid numbers and might be like top 15-20 looking back.

Deeper Dives- Keon Coleman has the skillset I think similar to Pickens and can put up similar production as him. Someone in Denver is going to step up with a huge year. It should be Sutton, but Mims or Pat Bryant may surprise. My gut is also saying Jalen Coker in Car could put up solid WR3 numbers there.

TE Sleeper- Every year a tight end outside of the top 5 jumps up. I have faith in Engram in Den. Goedert if he stayed healthy would fit that bill. Gesicki who is now in his 2nd year in Cincy might make the jump. He had some big games last year 7 catches for 91 yds vs KC. 5 cat. 100 yds vs LV, 10 for 86 vs Balt. He took a lot of the volume from Iosivas that we thought from last year.

Deeper- Sinnott for Washington has big upside to take over for a 35 year old Ertz. He was maybe put on the back burner to learn the offense better, I’m hearing big things in Seattle from Arroyo who may start over Fant at some point. Fannin can eat if Njoku goes down with the Cleveland dink pass offense.

Let me get through all my drafts and I’ll list a few of mine. I never know who’s lurking behind the scenes on this forum. 😁

      QB

Nix – What can I say Bo knows football. He did well last year without Harvey. No reason to think he won’t do at least as well

Milroe – I took him at 3.08 in a league with Doggie and if he falls to me in the 3rd round of my August D-League draft I will probably snag him again. In both of my leagues he will be my QB3 so I can wait to watch him hand Darnold his pink slip

      RB

Jaydon Blue. I really like him out of Texas. Ran 4.28 and 4.25 at his Pro Day. He also ran a 1.50 !0-Yard split at his Pro Day to go along with 1.52 at the Combine. I took him at 2.08 when Tuten went immediately before. I am all about the 10-Yard time in which was Tuten slightly better. I am kind of glad that Tuten was gone because he has ball security issues and even fumbled on his 1st training camp rep. Tuten as has a very high stuff rate. I also think that Tuten has more competition than Blue. Tuten has Etienne and Bigsby. Blue has the walking wounded in front of him.

      WR

Tai Felton – I think that he could take Addison’s job

Chimere Dike – Dude is electric

TE – Gimme some Fannin – He will put Bowling Green on the map for more than Ice Hockey. Go Owls.
