youtube just doesn’t do it for me!

Looks like there are only 3 or 4 who even come here… SO SAD for those of us who go back almost 2 DECADES. FantasyFootballXtreme, DraftCalc and SleeperU had message boards that POPPED!

Then we had that CRAPPY Discord. What a disaster that was, filled with foulmouthed jerks.

Now it seems like the only activity is on youtube. I can’t say this with any measure of authority, but, it appears to me that most of the youtube followers may be too illiterate to even post here IF THEY EVER FIND IT

At the old sites we had JRMRRT, Crapman, Fontaines, JoeDivola, TroyPolomaloyourass, FantasyFreak, and so many others whose name I have forgotten. ALL of them wrote inciteful posts and there was no profanity.

I am curious if Denny and Gump can even read, much less type? No worries, I am sure I could not understand anything they might write.

One other name, how did I forget… Who’sUrDoggie. He was a regular poster and Mod at the old sites and is the commissioner of my other D-League, SleeperU Dynasty formed in 2012. Don’t see Doggie here either.

I was also on DraftCalc several years ago. That was a great site:forum that had tons of great information and a forum that could not be matched. Wonder if there’s any way to track those participants down?

Smitty might have their info, but I doubt he has the time to devote to locating them.

I think that Doggie is a mod here, but I can’t remember the last time (IF EVER) I saw a post from him.

JRMRRT is in my SleeperU league. Maybe I should PM him. JRMRRT was a PROLIFIC poster.

Do you recall if tmoney and TheHuddle were members of Smitty’s earlier sites?

Hey Charles! Yes, I remember all of those names you mentioned. It was great logging on and seeing all of the great information from all of you guys. It certainly helped me and was very fun.

Also, it’s not that it’s non-existent here, we are as big as ever, but people don’t comment much or come to forums much anymore. So, they read and leave, or go to the Patreon.

The Patreon is about as active as the old DraftCalc and FFX forums. It’s just morphed, Chucks. People don’t like Forums anymore and I try to keep this here for those that do still want this environment. But suggesting that it’s a ghost town here is not accurate, it’s busy, just not in comments/forum convos.

People like chat apps. Not to mention, i go live on the patreon via private video streams, and we all live in the ‘game day’ chat room when games are going on… it’s non-stop comments all day long.

I’ll try to swing in here more, for those old dogs that like forums.
