The following terms and conditions govern all use of the TheFantasyFootballShow.com, formally SleeperU.com, website and all content, services and products available at, or through, the website (the Website, TheFantasyFootballShow website, The Fantasy Football Show Website, The Fantasy Football Show, TheFantasyFootballshow, website, 'us', SleeperU, Sleeperu, SleeperU.com, Sleeperu.com, Smitty, writers, editors, contributors, or other name/person referred to when describing SleeperU or its content). SleeperU is owned and operated by Website44, LLC ("Website44" or "Website 44"). Below, the "Website" is referred to as SleeperU and or The Fantasy Football Show... both are the same. The Fantasy Football Show/SleeperU and its content is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other policies, operating rules, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by SleeperU (collectively, the "Agreement"). By using SleeperU, you agree to NOT use this information for any other reason but for reading purposes. This info does not come without error or inaccuracies, and SleeperU does not provide this information for the purposes of gambling OR anything close to such a thing. We make zero claims to be error free, or accurate, and by agreeing to use SleeperU, and by agreeing to read the content, you agree to NOT hold SleeperU (or owners/writers or the website) responsible for anything resulting in how you use the content or the website (The Fantasy Football Show / SleeperU).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of SleeperU, its forum or its services/content, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Website or use any of the SleeperU services, forums, features, products or content.

Payment and Refunds. SleeperU may change the prices, or names of the products, or the products offered, or the Membership(s) offered, or add different versions of offered Memberships, or add entirely new Memberships. All paid Content Memberships last for only the current fantasy football season (example: until and through that current year's NFL Super Bowl... so, if a user buys a SleeperU membership in February 2016, or in December 2016, both purchases last until that season's NFL Super Bowl) unless that membership is a "Life-Time" Membership. Memberships are not a full calendar year, they are for a current fantasy football season, which if bought in January or November, end at the same time (that year's NFL Super Bowl).

Life-Time Memberships

Life-Time Memberships = for the life of SleeperU and for as long as Smitty produces content at SleeperU. Don't worry, Smitty has no plans of retiring or leaving the fantasy industry anytime soon.

All payments for all products/memberships are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe and payment processing questions should be directed to those payment processing services. SleeperU never holds or obtains any credit card information, all of that is handled and held and viewed by PayPal and Stripe; SleeperU has holds no credit card or PayPal information. After a payment has been received for any of our paid products, the user may request a refund for up to 30 days. SleeperU reserves the right to cease membership services to any registered user or member or user. If SleeperU terminates a membership prematurely, the user will be given a full refund.

Accuracy of Predictions. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made regarding the content ("content", also referred to as "tools", "radio shows", "video shows", "audio files", "projected playing status", "injury updates", "injury reports", "statistics", "opinions", "bold predictions", "rankings", "cheat sheets", "projections", "calculators", or any and all writing, predictions, comments, advice, forum topics or forum posts); no guarantees or warranties of any kind are made or given for any part of the site or any of its content. No degree of accuracy (of any kind) is guaranteed in regards to this site, its content, it's writers/staff, or other. All content provided by SleeperU and its forum (from writers/staff/owner) are based merely on opinion and only opinion. It is made to be read, but not used outside of merely reading the content (the website).
SleeperU shall not be held liable for financial losses, lost earnings, or any other damages due to actions made by the user based on the content provided by SleeperU.

Affiliations. SleeperU is not endorsed by or affiliated in any way with the National Football League (NFL) or the National Football League Players Association.

Responsibility of Contributors. If you comment on a blog post, or on the SleeperU forum, post material on the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, "content"), you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that content. This is regardless of whether the content in question consists of text, graphics, an audio file, video file or link to video/image, or computer software. By making content available, you represent and warrant that: the downloading, copying and use of the content will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to, the copyright, trademark , patent, of any third party.
By submitting Content to SleeperU for inclusion on your Website, you grant SleeperU a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to modify, reproduce, change and publish the content. If you delete content, SleeperU will make reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website, however, you acknowledge that caching or references to the content may not be made immediately unavailable, nor can we guarantee the content's removal entirely.

Banning Users; Denying Access. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, SleeperU has the right to refuse or remove any content that, in SleeperU's reasonable opinion, violates any SleeperU policies/terms, or is in any way harmful or thought to be disruptive to SleeperU's community. SleeperU reserves the right to terminate or deny access (also referred to as "ban" or "banned" or "banning") to anyone that, in SleeperU's reasonable opinion, disrupts the community or site's brand (including, but not limited to, individuals who are rude to other users, disrupt the flow of the forum/community/site/comments section). Terminating and denying access includes, but is not limited to, use of the Website, its forum, its services. SleeperU reserves the right to NOT provide warnings to users/members it decides to "ban" from the Website, especially in cases where, in SleeperU's reasonable opinion, the member or user in question is being rude, vulgar, abusive, or other relating attitude/action.

Responsibility of Website Visitors. sleeperU has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material posted on the forums, or on (not limited to) the blog post comments (including computer software that posts on the Website; therefore, SleeperU cannot be responsible for that material's content, use or effects. By using the Website, SleeperU does not represent or imply that it endorses the material posted by others (on the forum, in the blog post comments, or anywhere on the SleeperU site). As a user of the Website, you are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer(s)/tablet(s)/phone(s) and other electronic devices from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive material, content, software and other similar item.

Content Posted on Other Websites. SleeperU is not responsible for other Websites using our content, or suggesting that they have our content. SleeperU is not responsible for the way any other Website or Company or Business or Person uses our content, name, information, opinions. SleeperU is not responsible for any of the content or services or views or liabilities provided by other sites that might be linked to from SleeperU, including, but not limited to, our links page (referred to as link partners or friends of the site).

Intellectual Property. SleeperU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to SleeperU acknowledges your responsibility to check this page for changes to this Agreement and constitutes acceptance of those changes. SleeperU continuously adds new features, or makes changes to existing features, and all added/removed/modified features shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. SleeperU reserves the right to remove or discontinue any features on the site at any time.

Termination. SleeperU may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice, with or without cause, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your SleeperU account (if you have one), you may simply stop using the Website.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The SleeperU Website is provided “as is”. SleeperU does not promote gambling in any way and provides its content merely for entertainment purposes. In fact, SleeperU prohibits any talk about gambling for money, on the Website, its comment sections, its forum. SleeperU, its owners, writers, contributors, staff are not responsible for the way you use the provided content. SleeperU content should only be read for entertainment purposes and SleeperU, its owners, writers, contributors and staff are not responsible, and will not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of SleeperU's content or services. Again, only use SleeperU and its content for fun and entertainment.

Limitation of Liability. SleeperU, and its owners, shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control, including down time of the website or its services, or the accuracy of the content provided by the Website.

Newsletters and Email Useage. Upon sign-up at SleeperU, you agree to allow us to add your email to our email and newsletter list. If you choose to not have your email included on our lists, just hit the 'unsubscribe' link included in any of our newsletter/emails, or shoot us an email asking us to remove you from our lists. We take your privacy and rights seriously, so just let us know and we will ensure you are added, or removed, based on your preference. Note: password reset and system-generated emails may continue for as long as you have an account with SleeperU. Also, any emails initiated to a staff/contributor/site person through their personal email address could result in a response.

Deleting/Removing Accounts. If you no longer want an account with SleeperU, or our forums, please email us and we will delete your profile(s) entirely. If you no longer want any system-genterated emails on top of no newsletter emails, you can request us to delete your account(s) entirely, we just need to know, so shoot us an email.

Cookies. SleeperU, like many sites, use cookies and by using our site you acknowledge that use and accept that we use cookies to enhance/better/maintain user experience. We respect your privacy.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SleeperU, its contractors, its owners, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website or its services, including, but not limited to, out of your violation this Agreement.

Miscellaneous. All legal action/inquiries, or any other action considered to be a legal action against SleeperU, will be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, U.S.A., and any arbitration, or other, shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona, in the English language.
