Malik Nabers top 5 dynasty player?
Malik Nabers is elite. In terms of talent and skill, he is a pure clone of Ja'Marr Chase meets Justin Jefferson. He finished as the WR6 in 2024 (as a rookie), and he didn't even have a good or consistent quarterback situation. This means that he is quarterback proof. Even if the Giants screw up the quarterback position yet again in 2025, Nabers will eat.
The thing is, though, I think that Brian Dabol will secure one of the top 2 rookie QBs (Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward), or at least bring in Sam Darnold or Justin Fields.
If the Giants fail to snag one of these four quarterbacks, we will need to reassess the situation; however, because Nabers finished as WR6 last year with trash quarterback play, he holds near zero risk and all upside at his projected ADP ranking. While we don't have cemented-in ADP data just yet, especially dynasty, it's pretty safe to say that Nabers will linger in the 6-7-8 overall range. He can explode from that ADP, as I think he can be as valuable as Ja'Marr Chase from year to year, and that's 1.01 value.
In 2024, again as a rookie, Nabers was insane and was WR6.. he pulled in 109 receptions, 1204 receiving yards and 9TDs. I believe this could be his worst season ever. I think he will have 110-120 receptions, 1400+ yards and 12-15TDs in 2025.
Trade for Nabers in dynasty at any value that is below 3-4 overall... he's a steal at that value. And, in start-up drafts, I wouldn't be concerned about spending even a 1.2-1.4 overall pick on the guy.
