2026 Outlook: Kenneth Walker III
Kenneth Walker is in one of the most exciting fantasy situations heading into 2026. Now a Kansas City Chief, he’s stepping into an offense that feels like the Priest Holmes/Jamaal Charles era — one where the lead back becomes the focal point, especially inside the red zone. With Patrick Mahomes coming off an ACL tear, I expect the Chiefs to lean heavily on the run game early in games and late when protecting leads. Walker has a legitimate shot at 1,500-plus total yards and double-digit touchdowns. Historically, whoever the Chiefs handed the ball to near the goal line was a lock for six — that same vibe could be back in a big way. Yes, Mahomes will still gunsling to Rashee Rice and the boys, but Walker’s upside here is massive. He’s one of my favorite second-round RB targets this offseason. Projections: 1500 total yards and 12+TDs (with 40-50 receptions).
Read More2026 Outlook: Nico Collins
Nico Collins is one of my favorite values in 2026 fantasy drafts. Many are scared off by his injury history and the Texans’ inconsistent offense last year, pushing his ADP all the way down to the third round. But when healthy, he’s proven to be a legit WR1 with massive target share. In a spot where true weekly WR1s are drying up, grabbing him as your third pick in a RB-RB or RB/TE build feels like stealing upside with way more safety than risk. Don’t let the narrative talk you out of one of the safer high-upside plays in the early-middle rounds. Projection: 100 receptions, 1250-1300 yards and 10-12TDs.

Read More2026 Outlook: Jadarian Price
Jadarian Price has MONSTER written all over him. The only risk here is his lack of workload over his college season. While we can’t hold his minimal volume against him, as he backed-up Jeremiyah Love, it’s still a concern. However, he got enough volume last year to make assumptions.. and, he scored 13TDs (and he scored every 9ish times he touched the football). That’s insane!
He is quick, powerful, fast, has good hands, and he walks into a situation where the starting gig is there for the taking (and on a Super Bowl winning team that needs a spark after losing offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak).
There is some thinking that the Seahawks could ease him in a bit, so be careful expecting elite volume in Week 1. That doesn’t mean he won’t earn elite volume for Week 1, but there is a chance they just ease him in. You have to know that. This could have him avoiding a rookie wall, though.
I think he has 1,000 yards rushing this season, and give him 10 total touchdowns. Add in 35+ receptions for 250-300 receiving yards and you have yourself an elite flex play and a strong fantasy RB2 (per start).
With the right RB2 rotation (ie, paired with Kyle Monangai and/or a combo like RJ Harvey with Jonah Coleman), Price can win leagues.
